Shipping policy

We want your Jawlin order to reach you quickly and reliably. Here's what to expect.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking once it ships.

Shipping times

Within the United States, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.

In total, most US orders arrive within about 4–7 business days from the time you place them. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, your location, or factors outside our control.

Shipping costs

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@jawlin.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, contact us at support@jawlin.com and we'll help resolve it. Damaged items are also covered under our Refund & Return Policy.

International shipping

[We currently ship within the United States only. / We also ship to select international destinations — costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout, and any customs fees or import duties are the customer's responsibility.]
