Refund & Return Policy

At Jawlin, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your Jawlin mask arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@jawlin.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. You won't need to pay anything to put it right.

Our satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind Jawlin. If you've used it consistently as directed and feel you're not seeing results, we want to hear from you. Contact us at support@jawlin.com within 30 days of delivery, tell us how you've been using it, and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement. We just ask that you've given it a fair try — used as directed over the period — since results build with consistent use rather than overnight.

Hygiene notice

Because Jawlin is a personal-care product worn directly on the skin, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons once an order has been opened or used — unless the item is faulty, arrived damaged, or is covered by our satisfaction guarantee above. This protects the health and safety of all our customers.

Unopened orders

Changed your mind? If your order is still unopened and in its original packaging, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email support@jawlin.com with your order number to start. Customers are responsible for return shipping on unopened items, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return — or confirm a damaged, defective, or qualifying item — we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us at support@jawlin.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the policy above.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund after the stated time, please check with your bank or card provider first. If you've done that and still haven't received it, contact support@jawlin.com and we'll look into it.
